Thembelani Bheza is a consultant at Opti-Num Solutions supporting clients in financial services through development of optimal business function strategies. He attended the University of the Witwatersrand where he obtained his BSc Honours degree in Electrical Engineering. His interest in Artificial Intelligence was sparked by his final year project where he used deep learning techniques to classify cancer cells from images. He hopes to extend his reach by using these techniques to analyse and forecast financial markets.
