Training Approach

Opti-Num Solutions and MathWorks offer a range of training services to clients wishing to upskill their staff in using MATLAB and Simulink to enhance their analytics, modelling and simulation skills.

  • Self-paced, online, training courses from MathWorks are ideal for individuals or small teams (3 or less) of staff who wish to upskill in their own time. For information and booking, see https://www.mathworks.com/training-schedule/
  • Instructor-led, online, training courses from MathWorks are beneficial for individuals who want to dedicate one to three days to a specific skill. For information on instructor-led training, see https://www.mathworks.com/training-schedule/
  • Instructor-led, face-to-face private courses are offered by Opti-Num Solutions and are ideal for teams of 3 or more people, or for small teams wishing to upskill in intermediate and/or advanced courses that are not available online. These courses can be hosted at Opti-Num’s offices, on-site at the client, or at another venue, depending on the needs and availability of the client’s attendees.
  • One-on-one Coaching Assistance is offered by Opti-Num Solutions for clients who wish to upskill themselves in several different toolboxes and concepts, while getting a feel for best practise when working with the tools.
  • In exceptional circumstances, customers may be permitted to attend an Internal Training course provided by Opti-Num Solutions. Such participation is ideal for a single attendee with flexibility around training dates and availability of courses. Pricing for attendance at Internal Training Courses is available on request.
